Very tempted to say something, however I promised I wouldn`t use this forum for political statements.
Good Luck and lets hope you are back in Albufeira before too long |

Hi, 1st post...
Have to wait until 15th October until I return to Albufeira. We've been going there twice a year for last 4 years but sadly due to work situation it's only once this year.....Roll on the 15th October..

27 days to wait before our first visit of 2017. Just 10 days Staying in Tropical Sol and will spend around 8 nights on The Strip and a couple of nights in the Old Town. Favourite Restaurants in the Area are Costa Rica, Blue Sky, Palacete, and a place on the Top section of the strip called Garfolandia a simple Café style set up & menu, but lovely food at a very reasonable price. Best Bar for us is Blues Bar where we enjoy the quizzes. We usually start out around 7:00pm and after a meal we will visit La Bamba or Mambo and work our way up the Strip stopping at Ancora and Second Bar amongst others, By the time the youngsters take over the strip we are either in Blues Bar or having a quiet drink in Charlie's Bar just round the corner from our Hotel Tropical Sol (We stay here ever time, tried a few other Hotels but Tropical Sol is easily best value)

First week we are staying in Guia love the restaurants. 2nd week in parque da corvoda first time there, it looks nice. Bit of a trek to our favourite bar The Hot Sun Bar but we must go and see Domingus. Happy holidays everyone

Oh ok.
Sao Domingos is a lovely, quality restaurant. Husband and wife team, she Sao, he Domingos. Their son is also involved, it's a bit of a special place. Highly recommend, but you need to book. |
