It's been rather dull all morning, lots of cloud, quite windy and not much sun. No rain though. Temperature at 1155am is 16.4C.

There a few small showers out to the south west of here, so we might get  a bit of rain later much as we did yesterday afternoon. Certainly the clouds are fairly thick and dark over that way.

Maximum temperature maybe a tad warmer than it is now. Then it will be another cold night, down to 9 or 10C.

Tomorrow ought to be a little better, still a bit cloudy but the wind from the south making it a bit warmer, then Thursday is perhaps going to be a very nice and sunny day, temperature likely to be 21C.

However the outlook for Easter weekend is dull and cloudy, perhaps with showers.

It's fairly bright out there today, but windy and quite cloudy.

Temperature at 1135am is 16.7C, so about the same as yesterday. The radar show no showers in our immediate area, I am expecting it to stay dry today.

The  wind is coming more or less from the north, so the cold nights will continue, temperatures down to 8C away from coast, a couple of degrees warmer near the sea.

Thursday and Friday are going to be dry and sunny days, a bit warmer than today but still cold at night.

Sunny this morning but quite windy. Temperature at 8am was 11C warming up towards 18 or 19 this afternoon. It will be still fairly cold tonight at 10 or 11 but staying dry. Tomorrow and Saturday also should be nice days but Sunday could see some rain.

I am now off to enjoy the delights of Easter in the UK. Normal service resumes next Friday.

Well, the delights of an English Easter week are gone by. Warm it was not. I suspect that for the whole week it was barely any warmer at any time than it is now here, in theearly morning.

An hour ago (8am) it was 8.6C, now it's already 9.3C and rising rapidly under bright blue skies. We could see as high as 20C later, which is above average for this time of year. There is a light wind from the north, which might get a little stronger later.

Clear sky means cold nights, so tonight temperatures will again fall to 7 or 8C.

The weekend is going to be cloudy and perhaps not quite so warm, especially on Sunday when there is a fair chance of some light showers.

The outlook for next week is for a cloudy and rainy day on Monday, then warming up through the week until we may see as high as 24C come Friday, which is more like late May temperatures than early April.

Lovely on the tour today, Tom ... especially down by harbour and along into old town ... it felt like maybe 22 out of any wind.

At 7am it was 9.6C under clear skies, now it's starting to turn cloudy. Temperature at 0955am is 13.1C. If it stays cloudy my washing won't get dry! Top temperature today maybe only 18C under these high clouds. No rain forecast.

Edit 1135 - got that wrong! It's turned rather dark and we just had a few minutes of big, splattery, raindrops.

The wind is still from the north, so it will be cold again tonight, down once again to 8 or 9C. It looks like there is a chance of some rain during the night and into tomorrow morning.

Tomorrow, after any rain, will be cloudy and perhaps not quite as warm as today.

Monday looks like being a wet day. There is a frontal system on the way with cold winds behind it, swinging around a fairly deep low pressure area over the Bay of Biscay. Temperature may be irrelevant if it's raining but perhaps 17C daytime, 11C at night.

There were a few short spells of rain during the night, it's been a  mix of sunny bits and clouds this morning. As I write it is clouding over again and some are quite dark.

Temperature at 1120am is 16.4C. Maximum today won't be much higher,m« 18 maybe in any sunny spells. There some isolated showers around, so a slight chance of getting wet later if out and about.

The wind is from the south and west, so it won't be as cold tonight as it has been perhaps 12C near the coat a bit cooler inland.

Tomorrow will be a showery day, 18 or 19C, Tuesday sunny but with the north wind back again still only around 19C. The longer term forecast suggests sunny days for the rest of the week with temperatures in the low 20's then a return to cooler weather and rain from next Sunday for two or three days.

A grey and damp day as threatened. Low, grey clouds and raining every now and then. Temperature at 1015am is 14.5C.  Looks like the rain will be around for a good while and there will be precious little sun. Max temperature 17 or 18 C if the sun should break through.

The wind is currently from the west so it will be much warmer tonight than it has been, perhaps no lower than 14C but still damp feeling.

The rain will pass us by later today, warmer weather is following behind so tomorrow should be mainly sunny and 20C. Wednesday will be a bright and sunny day, maybe 21C daytime but under clear sky back down to 10C at night.

Certainly it was pretty foul at times yesterday, squally showers and wind upsetting the t shirt and shorts clad tourists!

Today has begun rather cloudy and it's expected to be cloudy all day. But it will be much better than yesterday.  Temperature at 9am is 12.8C, this will perhaps be as high as 20C later. There are a few specks on the radar showing showers to the south and west but nothing to worry about.

Tonight will be another fairly cold one, down to between 10 and 12C depending on where you are.

It will become generally warmer for Wednesday and Thursday, temperatures rising to 22C., maybe 24C on Friday with mostly sunshine.

Then, the current forecast says that more wet and gloomy weather is coming our way from Saturday for several days.

It looks like being a very pleasant day today, the temperature could rise to 21C, which is a little above average for the time of year.

Temperature right now, at 0950am is 13.9C, the sky is clear and there is just a light breeze from the north.

But that does mean another fairly cold night, down to 10 or 11C. Thursday, Friday and Saturday will also be bright and sunny, perhaps even a little warmer, but a weather front is heading our way. This will bring much cooler and wet weather from Saturday night or Sunday, which will last two or three days.

It is quite nice outside, a little bit windy from time to time buyt mostly blue sky with just a few clouds.

Temperature at 1100am is 18.4C and it is quite humid, the thingy says 72%. Top temperature today is expected to be 22C. It should be a pleasant night also, no lower than 12C.

Not much change is likely for Friday, Saturday may be a little cooler but still very nice but on Sunday the weather front arrives, bringing much cooler (17C) and wet weather for three or four days perhaps.
