Very good weather is expected for the next week or so, higher than average temperatures certainly.

Yesterday my thermometer hit 37C when placed in the direct sun during the afternoon.

Today has been a very pleasant day so far. There is a bit of streaky cloud overhead and it's a bit thicker on the horizon, but mostly blue skies.

Temperature at 1150am is only 22.9C, expecting 24 or 25 later.

It will be another cold night, down as low as 15 or 16C. Do wrap up well if going out after dark.

The next couple of days will temperatures in the mid 20's, the weekend is going to be in the high 20's or more in a waft of hot air coming from the Sahara.

An early morning trip to the dentist is not my ideal way to start a day, but it was quite a nice morning, just a few wisps of high cloud and plenty of blue.

Now, at 1320hrs, the temperature is 22.9C, which is about average for the time of year.

Overhead the sky is still blue, but out to sea is quite misty. There is just a little wind.

Tonight will be fairly cool but pleasant at around 17 or 18, tomorrow won't see much change from today. Saturday and Sunday will be dry and sunny with temperatures in the high 20's.

It's been another cracking day on Falesia Beach.
Lots of blue sky, mostly bright sunshine with a few whispy clouds every now & again, virtually no wind and a very nice temperature of around 25.
Much more comfortable than the high 30's we had to endure for days on end in July.
Glorious.
I hate how peopleï compare Frank Zappa to God. I mean, he's cool and great and nice and everything, but he's no Zappa.

It's very murky and misty this morning an rather humid as well.

No blue to be seen at all just now. Temperature at 0930am is 20.4C, humidity thing says 71%. There is almost no wind, nothing moving out there.

Forecast for today is that it will stay cloudy with a high of only 24C. Tonight will be a nice one, 17 or 18C, tomorrow about the same as today, clearing up later in the day then sunny and warmer (28C) on Sunday. Monday should be very nice but there is a small chance of some showery weather in the middle of next week.

It looks like being a nice day today, although it is a bit cloudy to the east and also out on the horizon.

Temperature at 1010am is 21.9C, humidity at64%. There is very little wind.

This afternoon should be a pleasant 24 or 25C, but with some cloud. Tonight sees temperatures fall to 18C.

Tomorrow should be a good sunny day at 26C, Monday a little bit cloudy but also 25 or 26C.

Make the most of it. The current ten day forecast shows rainy days from Tuesday onwards.

A fine day in prospect. Sunny skies, just a little haze out to sea, just the slightest breeze coming from the south-east and 23.6C at 11am.

Forecast says to expect 26C later, then tonight will be nice one at 18C.

Tomorrow will be cloudier than today but still quite nice at24 or 25C, , perhaps with a chance of a light shower of or two late in the day.

On Tuesday heavy and slow moving showers are forecast. There is a spell of cooler and unsettled weather on its way for the rest of the week.

Certainly a nice bright morning today, warm as well. Temperature at 1030am is 24,0C sky is blue with just a few flecks of cloud out to the east and there is a slight breeze from the east.

This afternoon should see 26C.

The radar shows a lot of rain in the border areas to the north of here, one or two thunderstorms by the look of it as well. There is also a band of rain to the south.

It will start to cloud over later, the wind will shift around to come from the south and bringing that rain with it for tomorrow, perhaps even tonight in places.

Tomorrow and Wednesday will be showery days, but still quite warm in the mid 20's with the wind coming from the south. Later this week should see a couple more nice days but very unsettled weather is predicted from Saturday onwards, with a risk of some quite stormy weather.

PS we are on orange alert for fire risk (second highest level) so be careful with those barbecue flames.

Well, no rain so far and none around so far as I can see. It's a sunny morning, a bit windy with some low cloud to the east. Temperature at 1020am is 23.6C.

The radar has two lots of rain, one is to the north about level with Lisbon and the other 200km to the south, so it does now look like we shall have a dry day. Maximum temperature 25 or 26C.

Tonight will be warm at 20C and a bit humid.

The current forecast for Wednesday and Thursday is for more of the same. Cloudy but dry days, temperatures about 25C daytime, 18 - 20 at night.

The prediction for the rest of the week and weekend is for clouds, warm southerly winds and no rain. Quite a change from what they were thinking just a few days ago.

Another sunny morning, a bit windy again and not quite so warm as yesterday. Temperature at 1055am is 22.9C, about average for this time of year. It's turned quite cloudy since I was on my way to the dentist a couple of hours ago, some of them are quite grey.

High today 24C, little if any chance of rain. Not so humid as yesterday at 50%.

Tomorrow and Friday look like being a little warmer, maybe 26C, with just a few clouds and no threat of rain. Night-times pleasant at around 20C.

Unsettled and showery weather may be around early next week but that's what they said last week, so it's all a bit uncertain just now as it often is around this time.

It's been another very nice morning, not a cloud in the sky today though. Temperature at 1110am is 23.0C, sky is blue, there is just a gentle breeze.

This afternoon we should see 24 or 25C.

Tonight will be a little cooler than recently under clear skies, 17 or 18C but stil quite comfortable. No need for night shirts and bedsocks just yet.

A south westerly air flow should make fora  few warm days, perhaps with a little cloud around, until at least Sunday or Monday.
