It became rather cloudy yesterday afternoon as well.

After a pleasant night, it is again a bright and windy morning. Temperature at 1045am is exactly 24C, so a bit cooler than yesterday. There's not a cloud in the sky.

The forecast is not expecting it to be much warmer than that, at least not along the coast.

Tonight could be a bit cooler than of late. The wind is expected to swing around to come more from the south west and west, so that could make it more humid for the next couple of days although temperatures will still be in the high 20's.

By the end of the week and over the weekend it will be much hotter, up to 35C.

At 0730 it was 18C, now at 1135 it is 24.3C, less windy than yesterday and a touch more humid, with the wind coming off the sea and from the south-west.

It will get a little warmer during the afternoon but no higher than a chilly 26 or 27C. Tonight will be down to 16 or 17C, maybe 18C near the coast.

The next couple of days will be about the same. Good steady weather, still fairly windy at times.

It's a very pleasant morning, blue sky and a nice breeze wafting through the window. Temperature at 1025am is 24.3C with humidity at 51%. Expecting a high today of 26C along the coast, a little higher inland.

Tonight will be 17 -19C, very nice and tomorrow pretty much the same as today. On Friday it will be a little warmer still, perhaps 29 or 30C, the air will be coming from inland so on Sunday and into the early part of next week we should see temperatures in the low to mid 30's.

Well, what happened to yesterday's post? It was there.

Anyway, today will be another samey-same day of bright sunshine. It is 23.3C at 0955 am, light breeze, humidity 52%,

Top temperature today is expected to be 29C. Tonight will be around 18 or 19C, tomorrow and indeed the next few days hot and sunny, with temperatures in the low 30's from Monday.

Still hot, dry, air coming from the north. Temperature at 0800 was 19C, now at 1125 it is 25.9C, humidity at 41%. Today's high expected to be 27 or 28C. Clear sky overhead, just a touch of haze on the horizon.

Tonight will be 19 or 29C once again, tomorrow will be hotter at 30C, Tuesday hotter still and it's set for a very hot week in the low 30's. Winds will be light during the day, stronger in the evenings.

It's another nice start to the day, 23.5C at 0830, a very light breeze and humidity 39%. It did seem rather more humid last night. Sky is blue.

Today's forecast is for 28C on the coast, average for the time of year, slightly higher inland. It's been noted that the sea is rather cooler (18c) than it normally is at this time of year.

Tonight will be a bit warmer than recently, around 20C and for tomorrow and Wednesday we are looking at 32C in the daytime, 18 - 20 at night. That is expected to hold for at least a week.

Warmer than yesterday and a lot more humid. Temperature at 0930 is 25,2C, humidity 64%, which is down from 73% an hour or so ago. Blue sky and a little breezy again.

The forecast says it could be as high as 33C today around here, cooler with some cloud towards the west.

Tonight will again be 20or 21C but it could be humid again.

Tomorrow and Thursday are also expected to hit 33C. 33 is 91.5 in old temperatures.

Today is hotting up. Temperature at 1015am is 27.8C, humidity 55%, blue sky with a little bit of breeze ruffling the leaves. Forecast for today is a max of 33C, it will be a little higher away from the sea. it is a lot cvooler out around Lagos and the west of the Algarve.

Tonight will be a fairly pleasant 22C, tomorrow pretty much the same as today. The hot dry weather is set to continue for about a week. There might be some cloud around over the weekend.

It certainly was hot last night but by 730 this morning had cooled down to 23C. It seemed to be rather windy a little earlier than that.

Now, 1025am, it is 26.5C and rising, humidity 55%. Today's forecast is again for 33C, sky is blue and there is a very slight breeze. Tonight we shall have 22 or 23 in the early hours, tomorrow and Saturday will be pretty well unchanged from today.  Temperatures will be higher away from the sea breezes.

Current models show at least  ten more days of these temperatures.

There are lots of little clouds up there this morning, alto cumulus (fluffy little ones) and alto stratus (long streaky ones) but it is still hot and sunny.

At 530am it was 21.5C, now at 1050 is is 26,2 and rising. Humidity 42%. It is quite breezy out there. Forecast high today  is 31 or 32C. Tonight will be 22 or 22 once more. Now, for the weekend, the forecast has been changed in that there will be a slight shift in the wind and temperatures may return to a more seasonal normal of around 27 or 28C

Tourists should wrap up well as today is going to be really cold. Maximum forecast for today is a miserable 28C. Last night's low was 21C, which is about the same as tonight will be.

Temperature at 0935 today is 23.8C, humidity 53%.

There are a few thin and high clouds now, which are expected to thicken up later. There is a good breeze this morning to dry my washing nice and quickly.

Tomorrow will be a sunny and breezy day, perhaps a touch cooler, then Monday it's back to 28C. Later in the week expect 30 - 32.

There is a little swirl of south-westerly air passing by, coming off the sea, which is why it is so cold.
