One side of the square has been dug up this week, pipes laid and filled in again (side along the toilets).

Today a new trench has been dug up at the front of Rock Cafe and more pipes being put in.

That's what I thought afterwards. The small things look like junction boxes of some sort, they have a panel with a lock on.

Just got back from Albufeira, weather was fantastic !  The main square is dug up as they are supplying the little stalls around the square with electricity so they don't have to use generators. It will probably be finished by the weekend. Albufeira was busy, the bars and restaurants were lively, a lot of Dutch people enjoying the Sunshine and enjoying the nightlife Thumbs Up

P.S if you plan to visit Albuferia in the next few months and like live music (rock bands) go to see Stone Covers Band on Tuesday and Wednesday nights in the Rock Cafe, start about 9:30, Excellent !!
