One good turn deserves another..right?

Er...no...not if you are Bookworms.

On Saturday I donated a large number of bestsellers to Bookworms. In exchange I wanted a print of a single page document.

I promptly emailed the document to the email address I'd been given saying that I'd pick the print up today (didn't want to be demanding).

Unfortunately, there was a glitch in the formatting - but no-one from Bookworms sent me a message to tell me this. I didn't discover this until today when I called for my print.

This has been frustrating. My good faith has not been rewarded, particularly since I'm on holiday and it has all been a bit stressful. I can't help feeling short changed in this transaction...so I'll live and learn from this.
