Yesterday didn't turn out too bad after some light morning showers. Today has started the same, 20ºC and rain spitting down. Won't be more than 22 or 23 today with the next few days not looking like much of an improvement.

It's been great here, lovely for a great game of golf yesterday afternoon, it has rained in the night, and the garden needed it, but dry and bright now, could be another nice day in the making.

Grey start to the day, brightening up a little now. Off shortly for some health inducing bicycle riding.

Cloudy and showery yesterday until late evening, but these sunflowers liked it.

Better this morning, 21ºC and mostly blue sky, rain expected this afternoon though and max still only 24 or 25.

Absolutely hissed down last night while I was stuck in a bar watching the England women beat the Spanish. Cool, windy and cloudy this morning, good surfing weather expected with a 3 metre swell.

Another English summer morning here in France. Grey, cloudy, windy and 18ºC. Not expecting much of an improvement until Friday. Happy campers they are not.

As this is the ALBUFEIRA Forum, why do we need to have weather forecasts for UK and France?

Have to disagree. IMO 212 posts without complaint indicates that there is not a problem with reporting the weather in the uk or france or any other country for that matter.
It's a bit like the tv. If you don't fancy the programme don't switch on.

Everyone loves to talk about the weather - it's what we Brits do! Big smile we love to have a good old moan about it or sing it's praises when the sun is shining.

Sun's not shining here in Aquitaine. Nasty, horrible, drizzly morning so far.

I see Albufeira is expecting around 30ºC today. I also see that the eastern part of the Algarve plus Monchique is on the highest alert level for fire risk, so be careful up there. Albufeira area in contrast is only on yellow.

Stayed rainy here until late afternoon yesterday. Another grey and drizzly start to the day today.

The local cinema put on a extra show at 4 o´clock yesterday afternoon. Kids film, queue was massive!

Rained on and off yesterday, quite hard at times, until late afternoon.

This morning a strange orange object has been sighted in the sky, some believe it to be the sun. A stiff breeze means we are not likely to get above 24ºC today, here in this region of la France.

Been home 6 days and if I have seen 3 hours sun that will be it.
Must be showing my age as I have started saying eeh when I was a lad it was wall to wall sunshine for 6 weeks over the school holidays LOL.
