Definitely cooler this morning. Andrew's hot spot down the road is a little warmer than up here, 26.1C in Páteo just now, sky totally cloudy and quite a breeze blowing.

Forecast high for today could be 31C if the sun breaks through the cloud,as it did for a while yesterday afternoon. But is also turned very humid.

Tonight it will be farily warm at 20 - 22C, tomorrow a little cooler at 28C and Tuesday cooler still at perhaps 26C.

Update. Still very cloudy but the sun is getting a few short bursts through and to my surprise it's very warm, currently 29 and with a nice steady breeze.
Just had a great walk on the beach, the air was so warm and with the breeze, all very bracing.
Let's hope the sun burns off the cloud more succesfully than either of the two footy teams currently playing are delivering!

A bit better than yesterday, still cloudy but it's not blanket and the sun is making appearances. Warmer, already 26 and just the slightest breeze.
IPMA say 30 for today which should be attainable and the same for Tue and We'd, thereafter they say back in low to mid 20's which is probably more normal.

It was very windy for while last night, things rattling around outside. This morning is cloudy and 25.5C here at 1020am.

It's fairly breezy, I can feel it with windows open fore and aft.

We might see 30C today if the sun breaks through, more likely to be a little lower. There is a lot of wet looking weather to the south of us but it won't come our way, he says hopefully.

Tonight will be fairly warm again, 22C then over the next few days we will, a Andrew says, see temperatures fall to a more normal 24 or 25C. There is a slight chance of some rain net weekend they say. But that was the case for this weekend just past and it didn't happen.

It's warmer than yesterday, 25.2 at 9am.

There were, literally, a few spots of rain yesterday afternoon but despite it being very dark and overcast for most of the day that's all there was here.

Today's forecast is for a cloudy day and a max of 26C. There's a little bit of cloud out to sea and it is less windy that it has been. There's nothing to suggest any rain today.

Tonight won't be as warm as the past few days, 21C at most.

Tomorrow and Thursday will be much cooler than of late, 23 or 24C, which is a little low for the time of year. This could last for a week or so, but no rain is expected.

Yes - just enough spots of rain to make the car look filthy without cleaning any of the bird poo off...

LOL, too true, we commented this morning that our black hire car instantly looked filthy, Ray was all for taking it too the car wash, I administered 'sensible pills'!
Anyway, today is as Tom said and currently 28 degree's and rising, lovely blue skies with the odd isolated cloud passing by, slight breeze, just perfect.

Oh dear, just as well we hopped on a plane back to Blighty this morning. We can't cope with such low temperatures!

It's been a bit misty out there this morning, temperature 24.7C now at 1110am, rather more humid than it has been lately at 67%.

The sky is in fact very murky to the east and west, but no rain is showing up on the radar.

It's not going to get much warmer today with the sun staying hidden behind clouds.

Tonight will be fairly cool at 19 or 20C, tomorrow will be a cloudy day once again with temperature no higher than about 22 or 23 in a westerly wind. Friday should be a little better.

Well Big Col and Andrew have definitely taken the Algarve weather home with them!

It's very grey and gloomy out there this morning, nothing but cloud. Temperature at 0840am is a miserable 20.8c, it feels fairly humid with the cloud so low. There is a light wind.

It will stay cloudy all day and the temperature is not expected to rise above 22 or 23 but there is no rain around. It won't be very warm tonight either, down to 17 C perhaps.

Tomorrow won't see much change, for Saturday a very cool day is forecast - only 20C with a good chance of some showers.

Ooops, I feel so sorry for people who are taking a week long holiday, 2 or three "bad" days like that will really spoil it for them

It was freezing last night, down to 19C at one point. It's not very warm this morning either, only 22 at 9am and now at almost 11 o'clock is is 24.3C.

We have mainly blue skies with some fluffy clouds and a bit of a nice breeze.

Yesterday afternoon it became very windy indeed and might again today.

Top temperature today according to IPMA is 23C, so wrong! The wind is a bit of a north-westerly so it will be cold again tonight.

The weekend will be cold for the time of year, 19 - 21C at best with a good chance of some light showers. We do need a bit of rain. All the grass except on golf courses has died. Poor little baa-lambs have little to eat.

Next week should be a lot hotter with the wind once again coming from Africa and bringing temperatures of 30C plus from Tuesday or Wednesday.

I woke up with germs, but apart from that it has been a nice morning, mostly blue and a nice breeze. It's not very warm though, just 21C at 1215pm.

There are few clouds around but nothing threatening. Yet. The radar shows some showers around Lagos, which is the general direction from where the wind is coming. We might get some later.

Sunday and Monday will both be fairly cool at 21 - 23C with a good chance of some short showers.

Grrr. Not only do I have a sore throat, a cat has been yowling and wailing somewhere close by since some unearthly hour. Here's the weather before I go out and shoot it.

Temperatures at 0815am is 19.3C, it's bright but quite cloudy especially to the east. Once again there is a fairly stiff breeze. There are a lot of showers around, in particular a line of them to the north and west of here. These are heading in our general direction and some look to be quite heavy.

Maximum temperature today 21C.

Tonight could be pretty cold, perhaps as low as 16C in sheltered spots.

Tomorrow will be another cool and cloudy day with a chance of a shower or to, from Tuesday onwards, things will start to get back to a normal June with temperatures climbing to 27C  and 30+ by the end of the week.

It's been a cool and cloudy day, but no rain. (We did have a few minutes of rain yesterday evening, not particularly hard but enough to annoy the tourists.)

Temperature at 1230 is 20.2C, very cool, for the time of year. It's not as windy as it has been. There are one or two isolated showers around.

Tonight could feel positively chilly for some, at 15C. Things will start getting back to normal tomorrow, 26C is expected, and warming up even further as the week goes on.
