Well. It couldn't be more miserable and grey for Bank holiday weekend.
Cold and raining - more like November !

I would've agreed with you yesterday Linda.....we were driving to the local pub in hailstones with thunder for extra effect! Today, I've got all the windows open. Blue sky, sunshine & fluffy clouds. Still chilly out of the sun mind! Can't believe we head to Albufeira next weekend, just in time for the bad weather there!!!! |

It's a horrible day here in the north west.
Really cold and dark with constant drizzle. Been out walking the dog and my hands are freezing - it's cold enough for gloves. Middle of the afternoon and we have the lights on and heating on.

Oh Linda that really is a typical bank holiday!
My niece went to Longleat Safari Park (on a hen do!) yesterday and the animals had snow on them! But you'll be pleased to hear I've closed my windows - it's still sunny but a chilly breeze has picked up!

We managed 19c yesterday and the forecast says about 17c today. It's certainly a lovely sunny morning here - pub garden, now there's a thought

Low 20C's today with hazy sunshine - I had to take my cardi off!!
Even treated myself to aircon when I got in the car! |

That's probably better than you're going to get over here next week. https://www.ipma.pt/en/otempo/prev.localidade/index.jsp?localID=8&cidadeID=131 |

I hate how peopleï compare Frank Zappa to God. I mean, he's cool and great and nice and everything, but he's no Zappa.

I know Dicey - absolutely gutted. I think factor 6 and a sun lounger will be called for on 14th May, the day before we leave!
This time last year it was between 28C & 32C when we were driving round with no aircon, viewing properties to buy.

Eastbourne reported a nice sunny afternoon earlier. A glance the current weather map for here shows why we are getting it nasty - B means depression and not just among the people.

Very warm and humid here in S Wales yesterday, would have thought we could have had a thunderstorm.
Today it's started bright and sunny, could be in for a nice day. Plenty to do in the garden transplanting, etc. |

Never put off something that you could do today
