28 degrees here in the Midlands now, seems like we're still in Albufeira, back in two weeks though 👍

Similarly outrageous weather in Tunbridge Wells today. Suffering was mitigated by the
consumption of Goacher's Dark Mild, Goacher's dark bitter, Westerham Brewery's Spirit of Kent, Old Dairy Gold Top and one I cannot remember. The scene at shortly before the tea interval. and a little later |

Bit of contrast down this way yesterday. 8am saw short, sharp, thundershowers which soon cleared away for a sunny day but very windy and only 22ºC. From tea time onwards clouds thickened and sun went in.
This morning has started quite foggy on the coast, but the sun is now burning that off. Should reach 21 or 22 today but there's a chance of more thunderstorms later.

The afternoon rain avoided Tunbridge Wells but it was very cloudy at times. The time honoured rituals of cricket at the outgrounds were able to be observed during the tea interval.
We had a very noisy thunderstorm for about 15 / 20 minutes in the early hours of this morning but now at coming up to 7am it is very bright and sunny, 15ºc rising to 21 or 22 this afternoon. There's a threat of rain after lunch, Kent need four wickets to win.

Yesterday was OK around Eastbourne, but rather windy which made it feel fairly cool during the afternoon. Today started fairly bright but now it is clouding over. Not cold, 15ºC, but today won't get much higher than 21ºC and rain is forecast for later. By then I hope to be in mid-air heading for the 29ºC I see is expected in Faro.

Not even 10am up here on the Fylde Coast and its 21 Celsius with full sunshine, 26 Celsius predicted for mid afternoon so its a day off the campaign trail and a trip just over a couple of roads to the Beach

After such beautiful weather it has taken a turn for the worst.
Shocking weather here today North West. I was woken this morning to howling gales at the window! Rain and more rain.

Looks highly un-delightful in Cardiff were they are trying to play cricket.

Same down here; gales & torrential rain - today I wore my boots & a jumper to work (yes, and trousers - before any of you cheeky ones respond!!)
Sid glanced through the cat flap this morning - the guttering wasn't coping very well with the amount of rain, so it must've looked like a waterfall in his little cat mind!! He took himself back to bed & crossed his legs!!

Ha ha , Sidsmum, can just picture Sid peeking out and then thinking 'I can wait'. My dog is the same. Thinks she wants to go out but when she sees the rain she thinks again and stays put until the rain stops!!
