Agree with all the above but would add, if you're only doing one water park we'd go for Slide & Splash.
Zoomarine we don't include as a 'water park' when making the above recomendation, that's a different type of park and if we were holidaying we'd do that as well. If you want to swim with the dolphins you need to book that way in advance, don't leave that until you're out there.

Cerro Mar is not in between the Old Town and Strip, it is at Cerro Malpique - I think your best pick up will be Escola Secondaria (Ponte/bridge), which is on the dual carriageway near Lidl.
